1 How do you price services?
We publish base prices in our catalog. Final quotes reflect your vehicle model, required parts, and labor time. VAT is included unless stated otherwise. If you want a written estimate, we can email an itemized quote with parts and labor separated.
2 Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, for diagnostics and oil changes in most cities. Availability depends on current demand and parts stock. The fastest way is to book early in the morning—if you arrive with your vehicle documents, we can often start within the same day.
3 Is there a warranty for repairs?
Yes. Most services include a parts and labor warranty from 3 to 24 months (depending on the job and parts category). Warranty terms are listed in the service description and confirmed on your invoice. If an issue appears, contact us and we’ll schedule a re-check.
4 What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer, and cash. Electronic invoices are provided via email. For transfers, we can start work once the payment is confirmed or a proof of transfer is provided for scheduled services.
5 Which cities do you serve?
Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Malaga, and nearby areas. If you’re outside these regions, call us—depending on the job, we may be able to recommend a partner workshop or arrange a drop-off plan.
6 Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. If you reschedule at least 2 hours before your slot, there’s no fee. For work that requires special-order parts, we may ask to confirm availability for the new date. If you cannot come, let us know early so we can free the slot for another driver.
7 Do you charge for diagnostics?
Diagnostics are typically billed as a fixed inspection fee. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostics fee may be discounted or fully included depending on the service category. We always confirm the price before starting.
8 Can you issue invoices for companies (VAT included)?
Yes. Provide your company details during checkout or at reception, and we’ll issue an invoice with VAT details. We can also send it to multiple email recipients for fleet or accounting workflows.
9 Do you use OEM parts or aftermarket parts?
We can use OEM, premium aftermarket, or budget options—depending on your preference and vehicle requirements. We explain the differences in durability and warranty before ordering parts so you can choose confidently.
10 How long will my service take?
It depends on the job complexity and parts availability. Common services like oil change or battery replacement can be completed the same day. Larger jobs (brakes with additional issues, timing chain, gearbox work) may take 1–3 days. We provide an updated ETA after initial inspection.
