Terms of Service

These Terms explain how our website and workshop services operate in Spain, including booking rules, pricing, cancellations, warranties, and dispute resolution.

Scope

These Terms govern (a) your use of this website, (b) appointment requests made online or by phone, and (c) auto repair and maintenance services provided by our workshop in Spain.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection rules, these Terms apply to both consumer and business customers. If a conflict exists between a written service order and these Terms, the service order prevails for that specific service.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, operations, or service structure. The version published on this page is the current version for new bookings.

Bookings

Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or in person. A booking becomes confirmed only when we provide written confirmation (email, SMS, or a signed service order) stating the date and time slot.

When requesting an appointment, you must provide accurate vehicle and contact information, including the registration plate (if available), vehicle make/model, and a description of symptoms. Incorrect information may cause delays or additional diagnostics.

For safety and quality reasons, we may refuse service if: (a) the vehicle condition makes it unsafe to work on, (b) required parts are unavailable, (c) you request illegal modifications, or (d) you decline mandatory diagnostics for the reported issue.

Arrival window

Please arrive within your scheduled time window. If you arrive late, service start time may shift based on workshop capacity.

Pricing & Payments

Catalog prices, online quotes, and phone estimates are non-binding approximations based on the information you provide. The final invoice reflects actual labor time, parts used, consumables, and taxes applicable at the time of service.

Where required, we provide a service order describing the work scope. If additional work is necessary after inspection (e.g., hidden damage, safety-critical faults), we will request your approval before continuing, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent safety risk.

Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include card and bank transfer depending on local availability. Invoices and receipts are issued in accordance with Spanish regulations.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics time may be billed if the issue cannot be reproduced, if the vehicle is modified, or if prior work affects troubleshooting.

Parts

Parts pricing varies by supplier and availability. We may offer OEM, aftermarket, or remanufactured options when appropriate.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot at no cost. Please use the same channel used to book (phone or email confirmation) so we can verify the request.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a scheduling fee to cover reserved workshop time. If parts were specially ordered for your booking, you may be responsible for supplier restocking charges or non-returnable items.

If you leave the vehicle with us, storage charges may apply when the vehicle is not collected within the communicated timeframe after service completion, subject to local regulations and written notice.

How to avoid fees

  • Notify us as early as possible if you cannot attend.
  • Confirm availability of any required documents or vehicle keys.
  • Share accurate symptoms so we reserve appropriate time.

Warranties

We warrant qualified services and installed parts as stated in your service document or invoice, subject to normal use and manufacturer limitations. Warranty scope may differ between labor and parts depending on the component and supplier terms.

Warranty claims require inspection by our technicians. Please contact us as soon as you notice a recurring issue and do not continue driving if the condition may cause further damage or safety risk.

Warranty does not cover: (a) normal wear items unless defective, (b) misuse, accidents, racing, or improper operation, (c) unauthorized repairs or tampering after service, (d) pre-existing issues unrelated to the performed work, or (e) defects caused by customer-provided parts unless expressly agreed.

If a warranty issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion and within applicable law, repair the affected work or replace the defective part. Remedies are limited to the service/part covered and do not include indirect losses except where mandatory by law.

What to bring for a claim

  • Your invoice or service document
  • Vehicle registration details
  • Notes on symptoms, dates, and any warning lights

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Madrid, unless applicable consumer rules require a different jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the parties will replace the invalid provision with a valid one that best reflects the original intent.

For legal notices related to these Terms, please use the contact details provided in the footer of this website.
